ACCESS BARS®
Access Bars® is a gentle hands-on modality that was introduced by Gary Douglas in the early 1990s. The Bars® are 32 unique points on the head that correlate to different areas and aspects of life. During an Access Bars® session, a practitioner gently touches these points to release the electromagnetic charge of all thoughts, ideas, attitudes, decisions, and beliefs that may have limited you in the concerned life areas.
Today Access Bars® is practiced in over 170 countries world wide, used as a potent and pragmatic tool by families, schools, businesses, athletes, prison wards, psychologists, artists and many more.

ACCESS FOUNDATION
The Foundation classes are designed to empower you to change anything and everything you’d like to change in your life.
You will be given a whole toolbox that will allow you to break apart the foundation of limitation that we so often function from and build a new foundation, one of limitless possibility, so that you can begin to create the life you truly desire.
What if it’s possible to change anything? What if you know something that no one else knows? What if now is the time to express and choose everything you came here to be?

of functioning in this world?
The first thing people notice about Alen is his essence: his sheer kindness, happiness, and joy. He has an enthusiasm for life and living, an immeasurable depth of caring, and a desire to contribute to others any way he can. The second thing is likely that he is in a wheelchair. He was born with Arthrogryposis but for him, being in a wheelchair is not a limitation.
Since he can’t use his hands as others do, he uses his mouth to paint and take photos, and his lips to type on his laptop and phone and do so much more. He has studied painting and graduated from the Fine Arts Academy in Zagreb, Croatia, specializing in Animated Film and New media and has had numerous gallery exhibits around the world and received the Collector’s Invitation – ESSL ART AWARD CEE in 2015 from the Museum of Contemporary Art in Austria.
Now, Alen has integrated the tools and concepts of Access Consciousness®, which have further empowered him in being limitless and also allow him to gain more mobility and independence physically.
Using these tools in his work, he leads workshops internationally and empowers others to create the changes they desire in their lives. His target is for others to know that they can be happy and have the life they desire.
